This module is designed for organisations and leaders stepping into wider visibility, national influence and more complex expectations. As their reach expands, decisions need to be deliberate, well-informed and grounded in a clear understanding of the wider landscape.

• Regular monthly strategic group calls focused on key decisions ahead

• Support around board dynamics and bringing trustees on the journey

• Scenario thinking and horizon scanning
